What you permit

Rights granted and limitations
License type
By providing your photo(s) and giving consent, you grant Ashutosh Digital Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your photo(s) for the purposes described in this policy and our service delivery.
Permitted edits
We may perform standard edits including cropping, resizing, color adjustments, retouching, background cleanup, text overlays, and composition for ads or showcases. We will not make edits that materially misrepresent people, brands, or factual events.
Distribution channels

Exclusions
- No unlawful, defamatory, or hateful use.
- No resale of your unmodified photo(s) as stock or templates.
- No endorsement claims without your explicit, separate permission.
How to withdraw consent
- Identify the specific photo(s) or post(s) to remove and include any relevant links or screenshots.
- Send a withdrawal request using our contact form or email from the address associated with your order.
- We will acknowledge within 3 working days and remove or cease further use within a reasonable timeframe, subject to technical and contractual limitations.
Note: Previously printed materials or active third-party ad placements may take time to update or may be technically infeasible to retract once distributed. We will act promptly within our control.
Duration
Consent is granted for an indefinite term unless limited in writing or withdrawn by you. Withdrawal affects future use and does not automatically require removal from completed printed materials.
Territory
Worldwide use to support online distribution and global ad delivery. Local legal restrictions will be respected where applicable.
Compensation
Unless otherwise stated in your order, consent is granted without additional compensation beyond the services you purchase. Any paid model releases or special terms must be confirmed in writing.
Minors and third‑party rights
If a photo features a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide and sign consent on the minor’s behalf. If your photo includes other identifiable individuals, logos, artworks, or private property, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions and that your submission does not infringe any rights.
Privacy and data handling
We store photos and related metadata in secure systems with access restricted to authorized personnel and vendors who need it to provide our services. We retain files for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, maintain portfolio examples (if permitted), meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
You may request access or deletion of your files, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (e.g., fraud prevention, legal holds). Our practices align with our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
When consent is withdrawn, we will cease new uses and remove materials under our control where reasonably practicable. Cached or embedded copies on third-party platforms may persist beyond our direct control.

By signing the form generated from this policy, you confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorized to grant consent for the included photo(s), and that you agree to the terms above.
Signature fields will request: Full Name, Email, Phone (optional), Photo reference(s)/links, and Date.
