Because our service involves custom, digital work that begins promptly after you place an order, all payments are final and non‑refundable once processing starts.
No‑Refund Terms
All purchases are final. Because our deliverables are custom digital creations, we do not offer refunds once we start processing your order.
When “processing” starts
- After payment is confirmed and your assets/instructions are received
- When scripting, voice generation, timing, captioning, or editing begins
- When project files or render queues are set up for your order
Why no refunds? Custom digital work is irreversible and resource‑consumptive. As soon as we allocate tools, time, and processing to your order, costs are incurred that cannot be recovered or “returned.” For this reason, refunds are not provided once processing starts.
